This is an appeal from a conviction and sentencing for conspiracy to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, possession with intent to distribute cocaine hydrochloride in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841, and possession of a firearm by an unlawful user of controlled substances in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3).
