James Robert Keele was convicted by a jury of being a drug user in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3) and 924(a)(2) and was sentenced to three years probation. He appeals the district court's1 denial of his motion to suppress evidence obtained during the search of his home. We affirm.
