Stroitelstvo Bulgaria Ltd. ("Stroitelstvo"), a Bulgarian construction company, entered into a loan contract with the Bulgarian-American Credit Bank ("Bank"). The Bank later claimed that Stroitelstvo breached the contract and demanded the full amount due on the loan.
