A grand jury indicted Sally Ann Hodge (Hodge), a paramedical examiner, on twenty counts of wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343. The indictment charged Hodge with submitting fraudulent reimbursement claims for life insurance health examinations Hodge had never performed.
