BYE, Circuit Judge.

Myron Sawyer appeals the district court's1 denial of his motions to suppress physical evidence seized from his vehicle and his confession admitting to bank robbery. Additionally, he appeals the district court's conclusion at sentencing that, based on a previous conviction for attempted robbery, he was a career offender under U.S. Sentencing Guidelines (U.S.S.G.) § 4B1.1(b)(B). We affirm.
