Ali Harwan Ali Baharon ("Baharon") petitions this Court to review a final removal order by the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") denying his asylum application and ordering him removed to Yemen. Baharon contends that both the BIA and the Immigration Judge ("IJ") erred in finding that he was not subjected to past persecution in Yemen and that he lacked a well-founded fear of future persecution were he to return.
