A jury convicted Defendant-Appellant Donna Hardy ("Defendant") of twelve counts of bank fraud and five counts of tax evasion. This appeal arises from the district court's exclusion of defense evidence. The district court found that Defendant had failed to comply with the reciprocal discovery requirement of Fed.R.Crim.P. 16(c) and excluded certain evidence.
