Appellants Deborah and Michael Madera (the Maderas) appeal the District Court's affirmance of the Bankruptcy Court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellees, Ameriquest Mortgage Company and AMC Mortgage Services, Incorporated ("Ameriquest" and "AMC," respectively).
