Plaintiff-Appellant Barbara Scruggs performed secretarial services for ExxonMobil for twenty-two years until her office in Oklahoma was closed in 2005. After the office closed, she filed this action pursuant 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1), seeking retroactive pension and savings benefits allegedly owed to her under two ExxonMobil employee benefits plans, ExxonMobil Pension Plan and ExxonMobil Savings Plan (collectively "the Plans").
