After a six-day trial, appellants Emilio Correa-Alicea and Geraldo Santiago-Torres were convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute certain narcotics as part of a drug point operating in the Arístedes Chavier public housing project in Ponce, Puerto Rico.1 See 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A), 846, 860.
