Defendant-appellant Edwin Torres-Oliveras was convicted and sentenced pursuant to a plea agreement in which he admitted that he conspired to possess with intent to distribute "cocaine base, `crack,' detectable amounts of cocaine, . . . and detectable amounts of heroin."
