Defendant-Appellant Earl Johnson appeals his conviction by a jury of bank robbery and conspiracy to commit bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § § 371 and 2113(a) and (e) and premeditated murder in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(j).
