Plaintiff Show Ann Chen appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment for defendant Dow Chemical in this Title VII suit. Chen alleges that Dow fired her either because of her race or to retaliate against her for engaging in activity protected by Title VII. Dow contends that it terminated Chen for poor performance.
