On June 29, 2007, Sharnel Plummer and Darryl Griffin were convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of crack cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and distribution of crack cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and Griffin was also convicted of two additional counts of distribution of at least 5 grams of crack cocaine.
