Eric Ultsch pled guilty to one count of receiving and distributing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography. The district court1 sentenced Ultsch to 360 months' imprisonment. Ultsch appeals his sentence, arguing that the district court committed procedural error by improperly calculating the advisory guideline range and abused its discretion by imposing a sentence within the advisory guideline...
