Misty Roby is a former employee of CWI, Inc. She sued CWI under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., alleging that she was sexually harassed by a supervisor, Joe Schiavone, and subjected to retaliation for her complaints. CWI moved for summary judgment on these claims in the district court, which was granted, and Roby now appeals the district court's decision.
