Jack Hargrove was charged with seven counts of mail and wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 1343; a single count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371; three counts of filing false tax returns in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7206; and a single count of income tax evasion in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201.
