On December 3, 2007, Defendant Kevin Felts ("Felts") was convicted of conspiracy to commit money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(h), money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(2)(A) and (B)(i), and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
