Stephan Hudson pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The district court1 concluded that Hudson's prior Missouri felony conviction for resisting arrest was a "crime of violence" within the meaning of U.S.S.G. § 4B1.2(a), which produced a base offense level of twenty under § 2K2.1(a)(4) of the advisory Guidelines.2...
