Defendant-Appellant Rex A. Deitz appeals his conviction by a jury for conspiracy to possess and distribute more than 50 grams but less than 500 grams of methamphetamine under 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B), and 846. He also challenges his corresponding 144-month sentence. Deitz's conviction and sentence arise from his involvement with the Outlaw Motorcycle Club ("OMC" or "Outlaws"), an international motorcycle...
