GRIFFITH, Circuit Judge:

A jury found Nelson Brockenborrugh guilty of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and the district court sentenced him to 46 months in prison. On appeal, Brockenborrugh contends that the evidence produced at trial was insufficient to support his convictions and that a number of the district court's rulings were erroneous and sufficiently prejudicial to warrant a new trial.
