This suit under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1051 et seq., grows out of a protracted family dispute over trademarks. The district judge, on the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment, awarded the plaintiff, which we'll call "American Gabbanelli," a permanent injunction, damages, and attorneys' fees. The defendant, which we'll call "Italian Gabbanelli," appeals.
