Pursuant to a plea agreement, Trinica Jordan pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of 12.17 grams of crack cocaine after having been previously convicted of a felony drug offense, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B), and 851.
