FUENTES, Circuit Judge:

Jelani Lee appeals from his conviction for possession with intent to distribute cocaine base ("crack") in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841. Lee's principal argument is that the District Court should have declared a mistrial after the jury discovered an inculpatory document that was never provided to defense counsel.
