Jamal Makieh ("Makieh") petitions for review of the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA" or "the agency") dismissing his appeal. The BIA adopted and affirmed the oral decision of the Immigration Judge ("IJ"), who denied Makieh's application for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture ("CAT").
