GARLAND, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Antoine Blalock pled guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, in exchange for the government's agreement to drop other gun and drug charges. At sentencing, the parties disagreed over whether Blalock was subject to an upward adjustment under the United States Sentencing Guidelines for possessing the firearm in connection with another felony offense.
