Arkansas State Police troopers found approximately 5000 grams of cocaine hidden in Omar Rivera's vehicle during a traffic stop in September 2007. After a grand jury indicted Rivera for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, Rivera moved to suppress his statements made during the traffic stop and the evidence found in his vehicle.
