In December 2007, Ronnie Lauderdale was tried for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846; and possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
