Robert Flores appeals the district court's denial of his motion to suppress the evidence used against him. Flores was arrested and indicted along with seven other individuals for participating in a drug-distribution ring. He pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine and heroin. The sole argument he raises on appeal is that the initial Terry stop of his vehicle...
