On April 12, 1990, Appellant Richard Lynn Bible ("Bible") was convicted of first-degree murder, kidnapping, and molestation of a nine-year-old girl. He received a death sentence. Bible now appeals the denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus by the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
