A jury convicted Horacio Cruz-Zuniga (Cruz-Zuniga) of one count of conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing methamphetamine. The district court1 sentenced Cruz-Zuniga to 480 months imprisonment and a lifetime term of supervised release.
