Septech, Inc. sued Immtech, Inc. for breach of a licensing contract between the two companies. Septech's president, Gerhard Von der Ruhr, sued Immtech for breaching an option contract that he held to purchase Immtech stock. Von der Ruhr also sued three Immtech officers, T.
