Manik Ahmed ("Ahmed"), a native and citizen of Bangladesh, petitions for review of a final order by the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") affirming a ruling by the Immigration Judge ("IJ") denying him a continuance of removal proceedings pending his appeal to the Administrative Appeals Office ("AAO") of the denial of his I-140 visa application.
