SMITH, Circuit Judge.

Moises Hipolito Gomez-Perez petitions for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) affirming the immigration judge's (IJ's) denial of his application for cancellation of removal. Gomez-Perez argues that the IJ and the BIA applied incorrect legal standards in determining that he had not established that removal would result in exceptional and extremely unusual hardship to his children. We deny Gomez-Perez's petition.
