Mustafa Redzic was charged with mail fraud, wire fraud, bribery, and conspiracy to commit each of the substantive offenses in connection with a scheme to obtain Missouri commercial driver licenses for his students. He was convicted on all counts after a jury trial and sentenced by the district court1 to concurrent terms of 75 months on each of the substantive counts and 60 months on the conspiracy.
