PER CURIAM.

Bernardo Ruiz pleaded conditionally guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841, and was sentenced to sixty months imprisonment. He appeals the district court's1 denial of his motion to suppress. We affirm.
