This is a sentencing appeal. On February 6, 2008, the defendant, Bernard Douglas, pled guilty to conspiring to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine and more than fifty grams of crack in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(A).
