Jesus Romero ("Romero") petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals's ("BIA") order denying his motion to reopen and ordering him removed from the United States. In removal proceedings, Romero applied for cancellation of removal under 8 U.S.C. § 1229b(b).
