The Estate of Buford L. Anderson (the "Estate") filed Missouri state-law claims for breach of contract and vexatious refusal to pay against Safeco Insurance Company of Illinois ("Safeco"). The district court1 granted summary judgment in favor of Safeco, and the Estate appeals. We affirm.
