A jury convicted defendant-appellant Gary Dewayne Meacham of four counts of possessing unregistered destructive devices, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d), and one count of aiding and abetting an arson, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 844(i) and § 2.
