Walter Huggins filed an action in Missouri state court seeking damages for the injuries that he suffered in a motor vehicle accident. After defendant Teton Transportation, Inc., removed the case to federal district court, Teton and defendant FedEx Ground Package System, Inc., successfully moved for summary judgment.
