A jury convicted Benjamin Thomas of possession of a firearm by a felon. 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). At sentencing, the district court1 applied a four-level enhancement under U.S.S.G. § 2K2.1(b)(6) for possessing the firearm in connection with another felony—burglary.
