Fabian Perez Lopez pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841, on the condition that his right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress be preserved. The district court1 sentenced Perez Lopez to forty-six months in prison. Perez Lopez now appeals the denial of his motion to suppress. We affirm.
