In this insurance coverage dispute, Westchester Fire Insurance Company ("Westchester") filed a declaratory judgment action against Douglas Wallerich, Patrick Lowther, and Sharon O'Reilly (collectively "Insureds"), seeking a determination whether it must provide coverage to the Insureds in defending an underlying lawsuit.
