Defendant DTG Operations, Inc. (the "Company"), a rental car company, appeals an adverse jury verdict in favor of Plaintiff Terri Wallace, a former station manager for the Company, on her retaliation claim under the Missouri Human Rights Act (the "Act"). We affirm in all respects except as to the punitive damages award. We reduce the punitive damages award to $120,000, which is four times the actual damages, and remand to the district court...
