Tina Powers appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment to Woodland Religious Community Inc., d/b/a Interfaith of the Woodlands (Interfaith) denying Powers's claims under the Family Medical Leave Act1 (FMLA) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act2 (ADEA). We affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand for further proceedings.
