Lynn Alberico appeals from her conviction for conspiracy to commit money laundering. She was charged along with George Upton, her long time boyfriend, who was convicted of conspiracy to commit money laundering in a separate trial. Upton's appeal is also before us, and is the subject of a companion opinion. United States v. Upton, 559 F.3d 3, 2009 WL 542252, *1 (1st Cir.2009).
