Jimmy Bridges, an inmate at the Wisconsin Secure Program Facility, witnessed events leading to the death of a fellow inmate. After he assisted the inmate's mother by providing an affidavit in a wrongful death lawsuit against prison officials, Bridges perceived that certain prison officials and guards (to whom we refer collectively as "Defendants") had begun to harass him.
