Petitioners Jin Yi Liao and Xiao Zhi Wu, mother and son, petition from the June 25, 2007 order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") dismissing their appeal and affirming the decision of Immigration Judge ("IJ") William Jankun, who denied their applications for asylum and withholding of removal.
