Arvey Lyons pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit fraud through the use of counterfeit and unauthorized access devices, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, and one count of aiding and abetting aggravated identity theft, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1028A.
